Bed bugs!!!
There was too much noise I couldn’t sleep. I asked for a room change but was told that it would be the same on the other side of the building. I had too many bed bug bites on my feet and legs. I do not recommend this hotel at all. And 250 euro per night for all this misery is unacceptable.
Very clean and good hotel .. best service kind personal workers and tasty food !! Worth to stay one of the best hotel i have been
The hotel is basic but nice with a good breakfast and polite staff. We have a note for the maids, because they did not change the towels and sheets for 2 days.
We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). Asking for a baby crib for our little one at the reservation page website - at the time of check in we were asked to pay an extra 15 euros for it (it was actually the first hotel we visited in europe that requiers an extra cost for it).
The receptionist started to argue with me with a mocking face that we should have known about it and it is obvious to all even though it was not written anywhere.
When we refused and asked to cancel the baby cot, he then decided to give priority to the next guest after me, having me wait for at least 10 minutes after accepting and dealing with my request.
The room was outmoded, low lightened had squicking doors, with a narrow and a bit challenging to use shower.
Breakfast was ok though full of carbs.
Location is far from center.
A good hotel, clean and with modern rooms. The self service breakfast is good and generous, not so good the dinner. The town of Verona is not far and just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop. A strategic position for tourist trip.
Excellent Coffee maker, very good choise for breakfast. Rooms are big and cozy. Bathroom clean! More like 4* hotel. Good value for cost. Quite outside center, but bus stop in front of hotel.
We stayed there only one night. Bus stop to the Verona is close to the hotel. It's cca 20 minutes to the city centre. Breakfast was also ok and the room was clean. I can recommend this hotel. The Price was also nice.
Hotel Brandoli was really convenient for our one night stay in Verona. Fairly close to the centre and had great parking facilities.
Although some parts of the hotel are currently under construction no noise could be heard in the evening.
The hotel was also next to a busy road, so on the down side;noise could be heard but on the plus side we found it very easily.
